I recently had an amazing stay at this hotel in a beautiful room by a little river. The attention to detail and the value for money were exceptional. The staff were extremely helpful and even helped us book a vegetarian meal at another restaurant in town. The rooms were spacious and had a private hot spring bath, which was a wonderful addition to our stay. I recently stayed at a wonderful hotel in a picturesque town. The staff were incredibly kind and provided exceptional service. They even went above and beyond to take a family photo for us and gave us a laminated copy as a thoughtful gesture. The hotel's location in the middle of town was perfect, just a short walk to the information center. The rooms were spacious and had beautiful views, and I particularly loved the option of having a private hot spring bath in my room. The breakfast served in the dining hall was absolutely delicious, and the attention to detail in every dish was truly impressive.
No flaws at all! The hotel exceeded my expectations.

The scenery was amazing, especially the sound of the river which added to the romantic atmosphere. the traditional tatami rooms and onsen were fantastic, offering an authentic Japanese experience. the staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcomed.
It was quite difficult to find a restaurant nearby which was a bit of a hassle, especially when arriving late. the location was remote and hard to reach without a car, which limited our options for exploring the area.

Spent Christmas in a cozy ryokan with hot springs. Loved that the food was locally sourced, and the cave bath was perfect after the long journey. , I appreciated the location amidst the natural beauty of the area – absolutely stunning.
Although the atmosphere was lovely and the baths sublime, the room was the biggest negative. We were shocked to find a shortage of amenities and a paucity of decorations.
